Welcome to the League of Animals

What is the League of Animals?

It’s an educational resource developed by teachers, with teachers at the heart. The League of Animals will enable you to meet identified areas of the Science national curriculum, whilst encouraging students to develop their curiosity of the natural world around them.

How does it work?

We know your time is precious, so we have developed a selection of downloadable activities, including resources, ranging from 10-minute starters to 30 and 60 minute activities, if you have a little more time.

How will students benefit?

Nurturing a sense of wonder and pride in young people of the UK’s wildlife, the League of Animal’s aim is to engage future generations in the protection and conservation of both animals and landscapes and to better connect them to their surroundings.

We hope you enjoy the resources.

Our Youth Ambassador

“When we step outside and allow ourselves a moment to just be with our environment and the wildlife within, our senses become heightened and we find ourselves curious. It’s that curiosity to understand our natural world, which us humans are a part of, that drives us to love and protect it. I am very excited about this innovation, as education is the ultimate key in empowering us all to stand tall and make a difference for our wonderful planet.”
